„Mes“, „Mūsų“, „Founders Club“ – reiškia Founders Club organizaciją. „Jūs“, „Vartotojas“ – asmuo ar įmonė, kuri naudojasi mūsų paslaugomis. „Paslaugos“ – apima verslo mentorystę, mokymus, renginius, seminarus ir kitą mūsų platformoje teikiamą turinį.
2. DALYVAVIMO SĄLYGOS
Naudotis mūsų paslaugomis gali tik asmenys nuo 18 metų amžiaus. Pateikdami paraišką dalyvauti mūsų programose, patvirtinate, kad turite teisinį pagrindą tai daryti.
3. NARYSTĖ IR DALYVAVIMAS
Founders Club yra uždara verslo bendruomenė, kuriai prisijungti reikia paraiškos ir patvirtinimo. Mes pasiliekame teisę priimti, atmesti arba nutraukti narystę savo nuožiūra. Visi mokėjimai už narystę ar paslaugas yra negrąžinami, nebent nurodyta kitaip.
4. NAUDOTOJO ĮSIPAREIGOJIMAI
Naudodamiesi mūsų svetaine ir paslaugomis, Jūs sutinkate:

Visi Founders Club pateikiami mokymai, turinys ir medžiagos yra mūsų intelektinė nuosavybė. Draudžiama atkurti, platinti ar modifikuoti bet kokią mūsų teikiamą informaciją be oficialaus raštiško leidimo.
7. ATSAKOMYBĖS APRIBOJIMAS
Founders Club teikia švietimo ir strategines konsultacijas, tačiau negarantuoja konkrečių verslo rezultatų. Mes neatsakome už jokius finansinius nuostolius ar verslo sprendimus, priimtus remiantis mūsų teikiama informacija.
8. PRIVATUMAS IR DUOMENŲ APSAUGA

10. SĄLYGŲ KEITIMAS
Founders Club gali bet kada atnaujinti šias taisykles. Naujausia jų versija visada skelbiama mūsų svetainėje. Toliau naudojantis mūsų paslaugomis po pakeitimų, laikoma, kad sutinkate su atnaujintomis sąlygomis.
11. TAIKOMA TEISĖ
Šios sąlygos reglamentuojamos Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymais. Ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymų nustatyta tvarka kompetentinguose Lietuvos teismuose.
