„Jūs“, „Vartotojas“ – fizinis ar juridinis asmuo, kuris naudojasi Svetainės paslaugomis.

Paslaugomis gali naudotis tik asmenys nuo 18 metų. Pateikdami paraišką dalyvauti, patvirtinate, kad turite teisę tai daryti.
3. NARYSTĖ IR PRISIJUNGIMAS
Founders Club yra uždara verslo bendruomenė. Norint tapti nariu, būtina užpildyti paraišką ir gauti patvirtinimą.
Mes pasiliekame teisę atmesti ar nutraukti narystę be paaiškinimo, jei tai pagrįsta bendruomenės saugumu ar etika.
Visi mokėjimai yra negrąžinami, nebent nurodyta kitaip.
4. NAUDOTOJO ĮSIPAREIGOJIMAI
Naudodamiesi paslaugomis, Jūs įsipareigojate:
✔ Naudoti turinį tik asmeniniams ar profesiniams tikslams.
✔ Neplatinti, nekopijuoti ar neperparduoti mūsų medžiagos be leidimo.
✔ Nesinaudoti platforma neteisėtai veiklai, klaidinančios informacijos sklaidai ar kitų teisių pažeidimui.Pažeidę šias taisykles, galite būti pašalinti iš paslaugų be kompensacijos.
5. MOKĖJIMO SĄLYGOS
Visi mokėjimai turi būti atlikti iš anksto. Kai kurios paslaugos yra periodinės (prenumeratos principu) ir atsinaujina automatiškai, nebent atšaukiamos prieš numatytą terminą.
Mokėjimų apdorojimas vyksta per saugias trečiųjų šalių sistemas, tokias kaip Paysera.
6. INTELEKTINĖ NUOSAVYBĖ
Visas Svetainės turinys, įskaitant mokymus, tekstus, įrankius, dizainą ir kitą medžiagą, yra UAB „FoundersX“ nuosavybė.
Draudžiama atkurti, keisti, platinti ar naudoti be raštiško sutikimo.

Tęsdami naudojimąsi paslaugomis po pakeitimų, laikoma, kad sutinkate su atnaujintomis sąlygomis.

Šios sąlygos reglamentuojamos Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais.
Ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos teismuose pagal galiojančius įstatymus.
