Paslauga laikoma užsakyta, kai:

Gaunamas apmokėjimas

3. KAINOS IR APMOKĖJIMAS

Kainos nurodomos eurais (EUR) ir, jei taikoma, su PVM.

Apmokėjimai vykdomi iš anksto – elektronine bankininkyste, kortele ar per Paysera sistemą.

Paslauga laikoma apmokėta, kai lėšos pasiekia UAB „FoundersX“ sąskaitą.


4. PASLAUGOS PRISTATYMAS IR TEIKIMAS

Paslaugos laikomos pristatytomis, kai:

Suteikiama prieiga prie online platformos ar mokymųIšsiunčiami patvirtinimai ar organizacinė informacijaĮvyksta pirmas susitikimas (gyvai arba nuotoliniu būdu)

Gyvų renginių atveju – paslauga laikoma suteikta atvykus į renginį ar kai praleistas renginys nebuvo atšauktas nustatytu laiku.


5. PASLAUGŲ TEIKIMO PRADŽIA

Paslaugų teikimas pradedamas:

Nuo mokymų, renginio ar programos pradžios datos

Gavus mokėjimą

Arba, jei numatyta, nuo pirmo veiksmo (pvz., įvadinio skambučio, paskyros aktyvavimo)


6. GRĄŽINIMAS IR ATSISAKYMAS

PINIGŲ GRĄŽINIMO SĄLYGOS

Įsigykite visas mūsų paslaugas be jokios rizikos.Įsigydami Founders Club paslaugas, tai darote be jokios rizikos. Visoms paslaugoms – įskaitant gyvus renginius, online mokymus, konsultacijas ar narystes – taikoma 100 % pinigų grąžinimo garantija.Jeigu dėl kokios nors priežasties nesate patenkinti suteikta paslauga, turite teisę per 24 valandas nuo paslaugos gavimo parašyti el. paštu [email protected], trumpai nurodydami priežastį. 8. ASMENS DUOMENŲ TVARKYMAS

Pirkimo metu surinkti duomenys (vardas, el. paštas, įmonės duomenys ir kt.) tvarkomi pagal mūsų Privatumo politiką.

Duomenys naudojami tik paslaugų įvykdymui, apskaitai ir komunikacijai.


9. ATSKIRŲ PUNKŲ GALIOJIMAS
